The track was produced, mixed, and mastered by Christopher Felix, better known as Kriz Flib.

The single also features instrumental contributions from Uwemedimo Essien (bass), Solomon Friday (keyboard and synths), Levi Jr (second board and pads), and Ukeme Pulse (drums).

Speaking about ‘You Reign’, Mirobed said the song was born from a “deeply personal and painful chapter” in his life.

He described the single as a soul-stirring anthem proclaiming God’s sovereignty and supremacy.

“Something tragic happened to me in 2021. I was emotionally drained and began praying for death. But in one of those moments, I found myself worshipping instead,” he said.

“Suddenly, I began singing a new song I had never heard before. That was the turning point. That divine melody became my reason to live again.

“This song is more than music. It is a gift from God—a song that births life and reminds every listener of God’s sovereignty over all.”

Mirobed’s previous releases includes ‘God Said No’, ‘Big God’, ‘Pinorrh’, and ‘Victory’.

“Limiting artists to a niche stifles creativity. I aim to change the narrative with a blend of excellence, simplicity, and the knowledge of Christ in my music,” he added.

He also revealed that he would love to collaborate with other gospel musicians such as Nathaniel Bassey, Tim Godfrey, Sinach, and Mercy Chinwo.

Born in Kaduna and hailing from Urue Offong Oruko LGA in Akwa Ibom, Mirobed began singing at the age of eight. Since going professional in 2006, he has continued to make his mark in the gospel music scene.
