Adekunle Idowu, Nigerian rapper and songwriter better known as Idowest, has come through with ‘Mafia Culture Vol. 2’, his latest project.
The singer took to his social media pages to announce the release of the 10-track project on Thursday in a terse post.
In the post, Idowest described the project as a significant part of his music career. He also appreciated those who contributed to making it a reality.
“Making this project meant a lot to me and I put my heart out on this one! Big shout to my team and every single person that worked on this project with me. Big ups to everyone of you! Y’all go run this one up. Link in my bio,” he wrote on Twitter.

The star-studded project features several top artistes including Davido, Mayorkun, Ayanfe, Zlatan, Patoranking, Bella Shmurda, Q2 and Mohbad.
It also consists tracks such as ‘Jah’, ‘Nu Level’, ‘Caro’, ‘Kabaa’, ‘Joro’, ‘Famo’, ‘Shamaya’, ‘Mafia Tension’, ‘Ewe’ and ‘Gbe Body’.
It comes as a follow-up to the singer’s critically-acclaimed ‘Mafia Culture Vol. 1’ released in 2019.
Idowest has continued to pull the strings in the Nigerian music industry with several hit tracks including ‘Shepeteri’.
In 2018, he was signed into Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) and has since etched his name on the hearts of many music lovers.
