The Chocolate City rapper’s diss track was in response to ‘Best Rapper in Nigeria’, a song released on Wednesday by the Kenyan musician.

In ‘Green Blaq Green’, Blaqbonez takes critical shots at his Kenyan counterpart, describing him as a “clout chaser”.

He also accused Jones of trying to make it in the Nigerian music industry. He said even with help from M.I Abaga and Ice Prince, “it never worked out.”

Blaqbonez had said that the award was given to the wrong rapper as he reminded Khaligraph that he still stands as the game’s best in the continent.

He also threatened to make a diss track but later claimed to be joking and congratulated the Kenyan on his award.

“Somebody tell Khaligraph, that i’m still the best rapper in Africa, Sound city got it wrong…  Diss Track in the Morning,” he had said.

Blaqbonez had some days ago tackled his dad for calling him “disrespectful — after years of abandonment”.
