Liquorose, one of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season six housemates, says she can not fall in love in the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ house.
The reality star was speaking on Sunday night while having a conversation about love and relationship with other housemates after BBNaija’s first-ever king-size eviction.
Liquorose said she can not fall in love with anyone in the house because the emotion might not be real.
The 29-year old dancer also said that the love connection might be an infatuation that will wear off after leaving the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ house.
“I don’t know about anybody but I can’t fall in love in this house. Yes, because it’s not real,” she said.
“How are you sure that that connection is real? It’s because of these closed doors. That infatuation will wear off.”
Her revelation came as a shock to the other housemate as she had been perceived to be in a relationship with Emmanuel, another housemate.
Reacting to Liquorose’s opinion about love in BBNaija house, Angel said: “It is real because it may be real on your part but you’re not sure if it’s genuine on the other person’s part.”
Liquorose and Emmanuel have been the cynosure of all eyes on numerous occasions over their perceived relationship.
The ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season has so far witnessed several twists, including a fake eviction show.
A grand prize of N90 million, which is the highest in the show’s history, will be handed out to the ultimate winner.
The sum of N30 million will be the cash prize while N60 million will cover travel and other gifts.
