Lala Akindoju, the Nigerian actress, and OritseGbubemi Fregene, her celebrity husband better known as Chef Fregz, have welcomed their second child.
Akindoju took to her Instagram page to announce the arrival of her baby boy.
In the accompanying caption, the actress wrote, “Carrying and birthing a child… a beautiful, complex, tough, miraculous and transforming experience.
“You can now call me mummy awon boys.”

Akindoju’s announcement has garnered an outpouring of love and congratulations from fans and colleagues alike.
Omoni Oboli, the actress, commented, “Congratulations sweetie. Welcome to mama boys club”.
Akindoju, a producer and host, has been a notable figure in Nollywood since her acting debut in 2005.
She has starred in several films including ‘Alan Poza’, ‘Dazzling Mirage’ ‘The CEO’, ‘Fifty’, ‘Suru L’ere’, ‘Potato Potahto’, ‘Lara and the Beat’, and ‘Òlòtūré’.
Her talent has earned her numerous awards, including ‘Actor of the Year’ at the 2010 Future Awards and ‘Most Promising Actor’ at the 11th Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).
She also won the ‘Trailblazer Award’ at the 2016 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).
Akindoju and Fregene tied the knot in September 2018.
The couple welcomed Adeoreofe Toritseju Chukwuebuka, their first child, in 2021.
