The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) has reacted to a video of Ohis Emmanuel, the estranged husband of DJ Kulet, admitting to child molestation.

The disc jockey earlier accused her Ohis of “cheating with multiple women” and “sexual abuse” within eight months of their marriage.

She alleged that he engaged in “prolonged sexual abuse of a 13-year-old minor for six months”.

Kulet said she decided to publicly cut ties with her husband over his refusal to change his behaviour.

A video later surfaced online showing Emmanuel admitting to sexually assaulting a minor and her friend.
“He used to molest me and my friend inside the car every night. He is always sucking our br**st and he will bring out his p**is that we should be massaging it,” the girl is heard saying.

In the footage, Kulet questioned, “Ohis, can you hear her? Ohis, is it true or false?”

Ohis replied, “It is true.”

In a recent post via X, the DSVA condemned the act and urged anyone with relevant information to assist in bringing the perpetrator to justice.

“We appreciate everyone who brought the incident of child sexual abuse posted by @Olamide0fficial to our attention,” the post reads.

“As the Statutory Agency in Lagos State dedicated to preventing and responding to domestic and sexual violence, we take this very seriously.

“Violence in any form is unacceptable, and the Lagos State Government maintains a zero-tolerance stance against it.

“As of right now, we have reached out to DJ Kulet via Instagram DM but if anyone has more information, kindly get in touch with us immediately.
