The Monarch Experience, a concert organised by Temple Management Company, has been postponed.
In a statement sent to TheCable Lifestyle, the organisers said the concert was postponed over unavoidable logistical clashes.
The concert was initially scheduled to hold on Saturday, December 8
Some of the acts billed to perform at the concert are Kwam 1, Onyeka Onwenu, Sir Shina Peters, Queen Salawa Abeni, Bright Chimezie and Gloria Ibru.
“Owing to unavoidable circumstances, the Monarch Experience initially scheduled for Saturday 8th December 2018 at Oriental Hotel, Lagos has been postponed,” the statement read.
“The Temple Management Company prides itself on the highest standards of security, logistics and event preparation.
“Following a through reconnaissance of the venue and the concurrent hosting of another significant event within the same premises, we have agreed, along with Oriental Hotel, the performing artists and our other partners, that it is prudent to reschedule the Monarch Experience to a later date.”
“We look forward to seeing you at the event when a new date is announced as we continue our mission to celebrate the best of African Entertainment.
