Kpokpogri has been in the news recently over his failed relationship with Dikeh — a few months after they made their affair public.

The pair have continued to engage in a heated face-off even as they bared lurid details of what led to the collapse of their relationship.

Amid the backlash, Dikeh had recently alleged that the politician has sex tapes of the dancer as well as that of other married women.

Reacting to the claim in a lengthy Instagram post, Kpokpogri apologised to the entertainer for getting dragged in the ensuing drama between him and Dikeh.

The politician also said that he holds the dancer, whose real name is Usiwo Orezinena Jane, and her family in high esteem.

“I woke up this morning feeling very uneasy and decided to say this from the depth of my heart. To the family, I respect, love and hold in high regard, I am deeply sorry,” he wrote in the now-deleted post.

“First and foremost I want to use this medium to apologise to Janemena’s husband, Mr Andre, It’s an unfortunate incident how your wife was dragged into this. You are a good man and I have always commended you for your support towards Jane and her craft multiple times.”

Kpokpogri said he hopes the recent development would not disrupt the good relationship between him and the Jane Mena’s family.

“I deeply apologise over and over again, Mr Andre. We have been family friends for over three years and I hope we still remain, friends, even after these issues have surpassed,” he added.

“I want to profusely apologise to Jane’s parents who are also mine. I am sorry that I brought this upon the family unknowingly. Jane has always hated social media drama and doesn’t want to involve herself which a lot of persons can testify.”
