Kevin Spacey has been accused of sexual assault by Tony Montana, a filmmaker.
Montana is the second Hollywood star to make such allegations against Spacey.
He claims that the House of Cards star grabbed his crotch at a Los Angeles bar in 2003. He said Spacey was intoxicated at the time.
According to Montana who was 30 years old when the incident happened, the American actor forcefully came onto him while he ordered a drink.
“I went up to order a drink and Kevin came up to me and put his arm around me. He was telling me to come with him, to leave the bar. He put his hand on my crotch,” he said.
“I put my hand down and turned his thumb back to get his hand off it. I paid for my drink and got away from him.

‘I paid for my drink and got away from him. He followed me to the bathroom, I backed him out the door and I pushed him.
“One of his friends was in line and I said, it’s time to take your boy home, they all ended up leaving.
“I never talked to anyone about it except for therapists.”
Rapp had also said Spacey was drunk when the incident took place in 1986.
Spacey recently apologised for sexually harassing Anthony Rapp, a fellow actor, when he was 14 years old.
Montana said he decided to come forward after he read about Rapp’s experience with Spacey.
Netflix has suspended production of House of Cards over the unfolding scandal.
