Kate Henshaw, Nollywood star, is one of the 50 judges selected for ‘The World’s Best’, a talent show put together by CBS Global.

The reality TV series, touted as the biggest talent show in the world, will be hosted by Emmy Award winner James Corden.

Henshaw alongside 49 other international entertainers from various countries will make up a cross-section of judges called ‘Wall of the World’.

The ‘Wall of the World’ is comprised of experts from from Bollywood to ballet, K-Pop to comedy, martial arts to magic.

The experts will offer feedback during every round of the competition and be responsible for helping to decide which act is ultimately crowned the winner.

The talent competition will feature elite acts from around the globe competing for a $1 million prize and the title of ‘The World’s Best’.

Apart from the 50 entertainment experts, the talents will also be performing for an all-star line-up of American judges Drew Barrymore, RuPaul Charles and Faith Hill.

Commenting on her inclusion, Henshaw said on Instagram: “Totally excited to finally announce that I am one of the International judges, proudly representing Nigeria in the New CBS Global talent show “THE WORLD’S BEST”.

“The biggest and best new talent show. It’s like nothing you have seen before!! Together with 49 other International judges we make up the #WallOfTheWorld.”

Speaking on what to expect from the show, Alison Holloway, executive producer and show runner, said: “From Nigeria to Japan, from Switzerland to Samoa, our 50 world experts bring a true global presence to our stage.

“Among them are champions, award-winners, international TV judges and even superstars in their native lands. They are knowledgeable, honest and, at times, outrageous. They bring an entirely fresh perspective to the talent show landscape.”

The talent show premieres in the US on February 3, right after the Super Bowl.
