Moving forward, American rapper Kanye West wants to be addressed as ‘YE’.
The G.O.O.D Music founder announced the name change via a tweet on Saturday.
He wrote: “The being formally known as Kanye West. I am YE.”

The fashion designer is changing his name ahead of the release of his new album, YHANDI, which is his third project in 2018.
His last album, ‘Ye’, was released in June just before he put out a collaborative ‘Kids See Ghosts’ record with Kid Cudi.
West is billed to premiere YHANDI on the season opener of American variety show, Saturday Night Live. The show will be hosted by Star Wars actor Adam Driver
After Lil Wayne released the long-awaited ‘Tha Carter V’, West said YHANDI “will most likely debut behind” the New Orleans rapper’s album.
