The Kaduna State University (KASU) has secured full accreditation for 27 undergraduate and four postgraduate programmes from the National Universities Commission (NUC).
Adamu Bargo, KASU public relations’ officer, made this known in a statement made available to NAN on Thursday.
Bargo said the undergraduate programme in quantity surveying was granted interim accreditation while the accreditation result for pharmacy was still being awaited.
He named some of the accredited undergraduate programmes to include MBBS, BSc Mathematics, BSc Microbiology, BSc Biochemistry, BSc Biology, BSc Geography, BSc Economics and BSc Political Science.
“Others include Bsc Sociology, BSc Physics, BSc Chemistry, BSc Industrial Chemistry, BSc Estate Management, BSc Environmental Management and Bsc Architecture among others,” he said.
Bargo said the four accredited postgraduate programmes are M.sc Accounting, M.sc Business Administration, MBA, and Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations.
