Julius Agwu, the Nigerian comedian, has finally broken his silence on his marital crisis and health challenge.
In April, the actor was in the news over concerns about his health.
At the time, social media users also claimed that his wife abandoned him due to his health condition.
In an Instagram live session with Daddy Freeze, the media personality, Agwu confirmed that he and his wife have parted ways.
“Life goes on. My wife said she is not marrying me again. She said she’s tired of the marriage and that she is not marrying me again, that’s why I said I thank God for my life. Satan works in mysterious ways and God works in miraculous ways,” he said.
“That’s why I thank God I am alive. That’s why I said Satan works in mysterious ways but God works in miraculous ways.”
The 49-year-old also admitted that the rumours about his health challenge are true.
Agwu revealed that in 2016, he was in coma for three months at a London hospital after surviving a brain surgery in 2015.
“There are no rumours about my health. It is true, I just wanted to cool down before addressing it. I had a tumour surgery in 2015, a brain surgery,” he said.
“After that, I travelled to London to do a show, just two days before the show, I was rushed to the hospital, that was in 2016. I was in coma for 3 months. I thank God I am alive”.
