Jay Z and Beyonce are reportedly considering legal action against Kanye West over his disparaging remarks about their children.

On Wednesday, West took to X to question the mental capacity of the singers’ twins Rumi and Sir but deleted the post shortly after.

However, he re-shared the controversial post hours, clarifying that he only took it down to avoid a ban on the microblogging platform.

According to Page Six, a source claimed that the couple described West’s remarks as “vulgar and offensive” while vowing “not to stand for it”.

The insider also alleged that the couple is exploring options to address the situation, either privately or legally.

“Jay Z and Beyoncé are aware of the posts Kanye has since deleted and are discussing how they want to handle this situation, whether that be privately and/or in a legal matter,” the source said.

Another source claimed that Kim Kardashian, West’s ex-wife, is “appalled” by his “shocking and offensive” remarks about Beyonce’s children.

The insider added that she is allegedly “tired of trying to be reasonable” with West.

“Kim has had enough and she’s done trying to be reasonable with Kanye when it comes to communication,” the source said.

West’s attack on Jay Z’s children was part of a prolonged social media outburst, which also targeted Kendrick Lamar and other celebrities who allegedly “betrayed” him.
