JAMB: 2020 UTME to begin on March 14

The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) has scheduled March 14 for the commencement of the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examination (UTME).

Ishaq Oloyede, the JAMB registrar, disclsosed this at a stakeholders’ meeting on Monday in Abuja.

According to him, the UTME will be between March 14 and April 4, noting that an optional mock examination for candidates would also take place on February 18, 2020.

Oloyede also disclosed that the registration for the UTME would start on January 13 and end on February 17.

The JAMB registrar had earlier this week said the board would no longer give N100 million annual allocation to its state offices because they’re “making profits.”
