Jada Pinkett has threatened to sue a man who accused Will Smith, her estranged husband, of having sexual intercourse with Duane Martin, the actor.
In a now-viral clip, the man identified as Brother Bilaal, who claimed to be friends with Will for 40 years, alleged that he caught the actor having anal sex with Duane.
Speaking on the recent episode of Unwine with Tasha K podcast, Bilaal claimed he was searching for Will at different locations when he bumped into the actor with Duane in a dressing room “having anal sex”.
“During a lot of years of our relationship, Will was not my friend. I was his friend,” he said.
“I can tell you what goes on on the inside. Everybody else is just speculation.
“Then I saw sexual acts that I have walked in on. I walked in on Will and Martin.
“I am running all over the studio he is not there. Go to the cafeteria I am like but I see his car there. I am holding Duane down I have the key to his (Will) dressing room. I am like this is unlike him.
“So, I opened the door to Duane dressing room and that is when I see Duane having anal sex with Will.
“There was a couch and Will was bent over the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murdering him. It was murder in there.”
Reacting to the allegation on the recent episode of the Breakfast Club podcast, Jada said she and Will will take legal action against Bilaal.
She described the claims as “malicious, ridiculous, and nonsense”.
“Let me just say this. It is ridiculous and it is nonsense. We are going to take legal action. It is one thing to have your opinion about somebody versus just making up malicious stories. That is actionable. We are going to roll with that,” she said.
Asked about Will’s reaction after hearing the remarks, Jada said: “Here is one good thing about Will, Will is always going to find this funny”.
According to TMZ, a representative of Will also denied the allegations, saying “this story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false”.
