After a successful first edition, the organisers of International Drinks Festival say the event will take place again in 2018.

The festival, which is expected to feature business and consumer-focused activities, will serve as a platform to bring together major stakeholders in the drinks industry in Nigeria and other parts of Africa.

The event will run from November 29 to December 2 at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Speaking on the event, Ezekiel Adamu, CEO of Balmoral Group, said: “It is with great pleasure we announce the 2nd annual International Drinks Festival taking place in Lagos this year.

“After a successful event last year, we look forward to carrying on the conversation, engaging more brands and connecting brands and their consumers.”

According to the organisers, the four-day event will be a platform for mixologists, professionals in the hospitality industry, nightlife and entertainment connoisseurs, hotel owners and managers to converge and rub minds.

Brand managers and ambassadors, buyers, bartenders, restaurant & bar managers, bottling companies, service providers and other drinks stakeholder are also expected at the festival.

Highlights of the festival include masterclasses, networking, exhibitions, purchases, food and drink tasting, among others.
