JJC Skillz, the Nigerian singer and actor, has lost Steve Osagie, his manager.
The 45-year-old musician announced the passing of Osagie — who he referred to as “my brother” — via his Instagram page.
In the post, the actor shared a video capturing the memories of himself and his manager from way back.
Skillz described Osagie as a “legend and selfless soul” who has influenced a number of artistes.
He added that Osagie’s death has left “me heartbroken and confused”.
“You are a legend in the hearts of many stars. My tears won’t stop because I’m not the only one you’ve touched with your selfless soul. I pray you find paradise,” he wrote.
“Can’t believe I can’t call or speak with you again after so many decades. Rest in peace, my brother. #heartbroken # confused.”

The cause of his death was, however, not revealed.
Osagie was a music marketing professional and social media consultant based in the United Kingdom.
He was known for promoting artistes, brands, companies, and labels.
