Ifu Ennada, the former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality show housemate, says she will cut ties with friends who don’t vote for Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP).
The presidential election commenced on Saturday morning with a total of 18 candidates contesting for Nigeria’s highest office.
Out of the 18 presidential candidates, four are leading the race for the election.
They include Obi, Bola Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).
Millions of Nigerians have taken to their polling units to vote in favour of their preferred candidates with celebrities also not left out of the phenomenon.
Taking to her Instagram page, the reality star, who is a supporter of Obi, called out her friends who didn’t vote for the Labour Party candidate.
Ennada added that although Nigerians have the right to vote for the preferred candidate, she can’t keep “friends who don’t have sense.”
“If I find out any of my friends no vote Peter Obi, the friendship go finish after tomorrow, I know we all have a right to choose, but I believe God also blessed all of us with common sense and I can’t have friends we no get sense,” she wrote.
