The first Nigerian celebrity feud of 2017 is currently playing out on social media between rappers, Terry Madaki, and Ikechukwu Onanaku.
Madaki, popularly known as Terry Tha Rapman, has accused Ikechukwu of trying to tear apart his family.
The rift started after Joy Madaki, sister of Terry Tha Rapman, urged Ikechukwu to “get her family” out of his mouth.
“Get my family out yo mouth. You don’t run yo mouth based on hearsay. I’m tired of it. No one cares anymore, cut it out man. Nobody likes you.
“Even my bro don’t give a f*** about what you say or anyone say about him. He’s gonna do him regardless. That is just who he is.
“I choose to be petty today,” she wrote.
After his sister’s Instagram post, Terry Tha Rapman reposted it and added a note of his own.
He said: “Mr @official_ikechukwu we was never cool. Never had, never will. You came into the family and tried to separate us.
“Don’t ever mention any of my family’s name in any interview again. Just admit you messed up the best thing in your life instead of blaming someone else. That’s too easy to do. Focus on your career. You are better at it. Leave rap for us wey sabi.”
Sarah Ofili, ex-girlfriend of Ikechukwu, also criticised the rapper for going “too far”.
“We’re always quiet about things never do we ever respond to nuisance but nigga went far,” she said.
Although they never stated the reason for their attacks on Ikechukwu, TheCable Lifestyle understands that the rapper blames the Madaki siblings for his failed relationship with Ofili.
