Florence Otedola, a Nigerian disk jockey (DJ) better known as Cuppy, has admitted that “men are scare”.

The daughter of Femi Otedola, business mogul, had taken to Twitter to express shock as to why she is still single in 2020.

“Me trying to figure out how it’s 2020 and I’m STILL single,” she wrote on Thursday. The post has since left many comments in its trail.

One of her fans took to the comment section to express dismay at the fact that the talented DJ is still single, attributing the development to “scarcity of men”.

“Is DJ Cuppy really single? Men are scarce ooo,” she posted in reaction to Cuppy’s post.

Responding, the award-winning DJ upheld the comment, hinting men are indeed scarce.

“Scarce sis,” she replied in company of a crying emoji.

Cuppy had last year hinted her “wedding would be much smaller and stressful,” during a charity event, held in Abuja to raise funds for the advancement of children-related humanitarian causes in north-eastern Nigeria.

“I’d like to thank his excellency the vice president for joining us tonight. Your presence has already made this a very special night for me. I pray you’ll stay and enjoy some Gelato, sir. To Mr Otedola, the Gelato King himself, don’t worry. My wedding would be much smaller and less stressful,” she had said.

She recently made headlines after her father described Samuel Perry, a comic-actor better known as Broda Shaggi, as his “son-in-law” in reaction to a comic video involving the duo.
