A video had surfaced online on Sunday morning showing a vehicle riddled with bullets.

In the background of the now-viral video were inaudible voices of unidentified individuals who filmed the incident.

Shortly after the footage hit the internet, an online platform claimed the car was in the convoy belonging to the socialite.

The report also alleged that the businessman “narrowly escaped death” during the incident.

But in a post via his Instagram story, the socialite, whose real name is Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, dismissed the rumours.

“Rubbish information from @instablog9ja shit never happened in Imo, stop misleading the society with unverified information,” he wrote.

On Friday night, gunmen attacked a police station in Agwa, Oguta LGA of the state.

Four police officers were killed in the attack, while a section of the police station, including vehicles in the yard, was set ablaze by the attackers.
