Doris Ogala, the Nollywood actress, has accused Chris Okafor, founder of Grace Nation Ministry, of proposing to another woman after allegedly promising to marry her.
A video showing Okafor’s engagement to another woman recently surfaced on social media.
In an emotional Instagram post shared on Saturday, Ogala claimed she had been in a relationship with the cleric since 2017.
The actress, who was previously married, alleged that she left her marriage following Okafor’s insistence.
Ogala, who appeared visibly distressed and in tears in the video, accused the cleric of betraying her after years of intimacy and assurances of marriage.
She alleged that the relationship had negatively affected her mental and emotional wellbeing.
The actress further alleged that Okafor shared explicit videos of her without consent.
“Somebody should tell Chris Okafor that he will not marry. Who are you leaving me for? I’m the only one who knows what’s going on in my life,” she said.
“Since this man fuvk me, my life has not been the same. I lost my younger brother. This marriage will not work. After sharing my naked video and turning the miscarriage I had for you into abortion.
“You will kill me first before this marriage will work. After destroying my life, who do you want to leave me for? Yesterday I almost committed suicide. Can’t you see that I’m not okay?
“That man useless my life and he wants to marry. I lost my only brother, I can’t prove witchcraft but he knows what he did. After all the sex and everything. I’m barely surviving.
“Chris Okafor was I like this when you met me? What am I living for? You have taken everything away from me. Be ready to kill me Chris Okafor because I will not let it happen.
“Who will marry me now? After promising me marriage and disgracing me. Since 2017 we have been dating. When I got married you said I should leave my husband and I left the man.
“You shared our sex video with your lawyers. After sharing my body publicly, who do you want to leave me for?”
As of the time of filing this report, Chris Okafor had not publicly responded to the allegations.
