Hanan, daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari, has taken to social media to share some beautiful photos with Mohammad Turad Sha’aban, her newly wedded husband.
The lovebirds had tied the knot in a wedding Fatiha which held on September 4, at the presidential villa, Aso Rock.
On Thursday, Hanan took to her Instagram page to share lovely photos of their after-wedding moments with the caption, “The Hamads”.
This included a shot that saw them stare into each other’s eyes while standing in front of the window in a dimly lit room. In another one, they were clad in white attire.
At their wedding, which was attended by Buhari’s relatives and close political associates, the couple had received blessings from both of their family members in a routine that involved the reading of the Quran.
The event was, however, trailed by mixed reactions after Mustapha Bulama, a cartoonist with Daily Trust newspaper, shared an artwork wherein Aisha Buhari could be seen flaunting pictures from the wedding while Nigerians struggle to escape being drowned in a river.
Turad is the son of Mahmud Sani Sha’aban, an ex-lawmaker, who represented Zaria at the house of representatives from May 2003 to May 2007.
His father is also an ex-governorship candidate in Kaduna under the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN).
Hanan, on the other hand, is a photography graduate from Ravensbourne University in England.
