Premium Gifts Expo has arrived the city of Lagos to make gifting easier and more special than it used to be.
The purpose of the event is to sensitise and enlighten the general public on how to get gifts beyond the regular ones for different occasions.
Yejide Owootomo and Yetunde Omorode, partners from the gifting industry who thought up the idea, said every individual is a targeted audience and another sole reason for the event is to promote Nigeria-made goods.
Omorode explained that the expo is set to focus on the spectrum of the gifting culture and to help understand human needs.
“Expo is the first of its kind, my partner and I have nursed this dream for a while and we thought to make it happen.
“We have been at wedding exhibitions and gifting was not noticed, every other planning like the aso oke, makeups, wedding dresses, decorators and planners got the main focus.
“But now, hardly do you find an event that people would not give their guests a token as a show of appreciation, so we thought about putting this up”, Omorode said.
Premium Gifts expo is set up with the plan to become the ultimate gifts destination for gifting ideas and solutions; the expo is also set up to promote the exportation of locally made products.
The event slated to come up on Monday, October 3 at The Batten House, Alausa, Ikeja, promises to give discounts on items purchased and free sampling of some products.
