Chance Perdomo, the British-American actor, has passed away as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was aged 27.
The actor’s death was confirmed in a statement by Rachel Hunt, his representative, on Saturday.
In the statement, Perdomo’s family also pleaded “for privacy” to mourn the loss of their loved one.
“On behalf of the family and his representatives, it is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Chance Perdomo’s untimely passing as a result of a motorcycle accident,” the statement reads.
“His passion for the arts and insatiable appetite for life was felt by all who knew him, and his warmth will carry on in those who he loved dearest.
“We ask to please respect the family’s wish for privacy as they mourn the loss of their beloved son and brother.”
Details of when the accident occurred or the cause of the crash were not disclosed.
Perdomo was known for his roles as Ambrose Spellman in ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ and Andre Anderson in ‘Gen V’, a spinoff series of ‘The Boys’.
In the film, Anderson was a student with powers of magnetic manipulation. ‘Gen V’ premiered in September 2023 and was renewed for a second season after a month.
In 2019, Perdomo was nominated for the ‘Best Leading Actor’ category at the BAFTA TV Awards for the movie ‘Killed by My Debt’.
