Africa’s biggest gospel talent competition for children and youth, God’s Children Great Talent (GCGT), is set to return for its seventh season.
Organisers of GCGT say the winner will get a grand prize of N10 million, a brand new car and management deal worth N250 million.
The seventh season was unveiled on Tuesday at an event which took place at Four Points by Sheraton in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Uti Nwachukwu and Ayo Thompson were announced as hosts for this year’s edition.
Some of the notable faces at the event were Darey Art Alade, Omawumi, Kaffy, Uti Nwachukwu, TY Mix, Nikki Laoye, Sensei Uche, and other celebrities.
GCGT is organised by City of David Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in partnership with the HOW foundation.
Talented children and young adults from age 5 to 20 years can participate in the competition by registering via www.gcgt.org.
The search this season covers four main categories that include music, dance, comedy and spoken word.
