The 2025 British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Awards nominations have been unveiled with ‘Baby Reindeer’ securing the most nods.
BAFTA Awards is aimed to honour the best British and international contributions to film.
‘Baby Reindeer’, the miniseries by Richard Gadd, amassed eight nominations including ‘Best Limited Drama’, ‘Best Leading Actor’, ‘Best Supporting Actress’, and ‘Best Director Fiction’.
The miniseries thriller ‘Slow Horses’ and mini drama ‘Mr Bates Vs The Post Office’ followed closely. ‘Shogun’, the American historical drama, is also competing at the ‘Best International Series’ category.
The 2025 BAFTA will be be held on May 11 at London’s Royal Festival Hall and also aired on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer.
The event will be hosted by Scottish actor Alan Cumming.
