Gabrielean Glass, a Nigerian artiste, has taken to the streets of Lagos to solicit the goodwill of people for ‘Body Bad’, his latest song.

In a now-viral video, the fast-rising singer could be seen wielding a placard wherein he appealed to the public to stream his song.

Glass said such support for his song would enable him to pay his rent, adding that music is the only way through which he can survive.

“Please go listen/stream to my new song so I can pay up my rent. Na only music I fit use survive,” the placard read.

In the video, he was also seen performing the song to a segment of people to further publicise the project.

Glass also shared the placard with the same inscription on his Instagram page and a terse post which read “Na only this way man fit take survive.”

The video has continued to elicit reactions on social media, as many Nigerians commended his courage for taking such a decision.

Glass had released the less than three-minute project in April.

In the song, he croons about his admiration and lust over the physical endowment of his lover.

“Girl your body bad, it’s pretty nice, I no go deny na you dey my mind… because na only fit make me fit all right…,” he sings in a mixture of Pidgin and English.
