The post has, however, begun to attract controversy in the comment section.

While some users congratulated Njamah on her engagement, others — most especially celebrities — warned that her account has been hacked.

Yomi Casual, the fashion designer, urged users to refrain from the account for now, while some prominent persons claimed she’s unaware of the post.

“Hello guys, I just got some info now that someone hacked this account. Please be careful what you send to the person handling this account for now,” he wrote.

Mary Uranta, the Nollywood actress, also disclosed that Njamah’s phone has been stolen, adding she isn’t the one who announced the engagement.

“It’s a scam, just spoke to Empress. Someone stole her phone, she isn’t the one,” she said.

It remains to be seen if Njamah actually announced the engagement or her account has been hacked.
