Emeka Ike, Nollywood actor, has welcomed the arrival of a bouncing baby girl with Yolanda Pfeiffer, his second wife.
The popular actor took to his social media page on Tuesday to break the news. The baby girl was birthed in Nuremberg, Germany.
In a series of post shared on his page, the talented movie star flaunted pictures of the newborn and his wife.
He also revealed the child’s name as Oluchi, describing her as his “bundle of joy”.
“GUESS WHO IS IN TOWN?… Oluchi…in Nuremberg Germany … Thank u for the bundle of Joy. MY WIFE,” he wrote in one of the posts.
“Congratulations my wife. I cherish you my “BEAUTIES”. TX for making us proud, mama.”
Ike has had a stormy marriage after he divorced Suzanne Emma, his first wife — following several hurdles in the widely decorated union.
Since his foray into movie industry with his major debut movie, ‘Deadly Affair’ in 1987, the actor has become a household name among Nigerian celebrities.
Ike has featured in a litany of movies and also served as the president of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).
With the arrival of his new baby, Ike joins the growing list of Nigerian celebrities who have become parents in 2019.
David Adeleke, Nigerian Afropop singer better known as Davido, and Chioma Avril Rowland, recently welcomed their first child.
