The song was released across several streaming platforms in the early hours of Friday.

‘Calm Down’ is the 20-year-old’s first solo release of the year, and it dropped just a month to the release of ‘Rave and Roses’, his debut album, billed for March 25.

In the new track, produced by Andre Vibez and London, the Edo-born singer recounts his encounter with a “fine girl” at a party and the frustration that ensued from the interference of her nosy friend as he tries to woo her.

Rema has continued his impressive career in the music landscape with strings of beautiful projects and collaborations with international artistes.
