Praise Adejo, the Nigerian R&B singer and songwriter better known as Praiz, has released a new single titled ‘Mission.’
The 38-year-old award-winning musician took to his Instagram page to announce the release of the project in the early hours of Friday.
The song, which was produced by Praiz in collaboration with Monster Tempo, showcases the singer’s versatility in music as he explores Amapiano.
In the song, the entertainer appears to be on a mission to win the heart of a certain lady.
“You hold my heart /Oh girl I need ya don’t form for me /You know I need ya /You hold my heart /Oh girl I need ya Don’t form for me /Make me a believer/ Girl you’ve been running running And you got me on a mission /Everything you doing got me in position /Mission mission anything to win your hearts na my mission,” the lyrics read.
Praiz became popular after he finished as second runner-up at the maiden season of Project Fame West Africa.
In 2020, the entertainer launched his own record label, ‘Cicada Music’.
“Hey Guys! I’m glad to present to you my record company CICADA MUSIC. A beginning of a brand new movement focused on quality entertainment…” he had said.
