Moelogo, Nigerian singer and songwriter, has put out ‘One Time’, his much-awaited project featuring Reekado Banks.
The singer, whose real name is Mohammed Animashaun, took to his social media page to announce the project’s release on Friday.
The song is the first track off ‘ITheEP’, his forthcoming project, billed for release on July 30.
“I’m more than happy to announce my first song off #ITheEP is out now on all streaming platforms!! A huge shoutout to everyone involved in making this a reality,” he wrote.
“I can’t thank you all enough shoutout to my bro @reekadobanks for jumping on this with me, we made a banger.”
The less than four-minute project sees the music stars crooning about unrequited affection from their women while begging for an opportunity to express the depth of their love.
Moelogo’s music career started at the age of 14 when he joined his school choir and started pulling the strings afterwards.
In 2013, he dropped ‘Moe Is My Name, Music Is My Logo’, his debut extended play (EP).
The 31-year-old has continued his impressive run in the music landscape with several nominations and recognition.
In 2016, he bagged a nomination for ‘Best African Artist’ category at Mobo Award.
