Mohammed Animashaun, Nigerian singer and songwriter better known as Moelogo, has come through with ‘Soft Life’, his new song featuring Chinko Ekun.
The singer announced the release of the song via his Instagram page.
The less than three-minute track sees the music stars talking about their desire to live a comfortable life while staying clear of “frenemies”.
“Soft life/ That’s what I want/ Soft life/ Na Wetin I need yeah/ Chop life to the moon/Love this cruise and all that it brings/ Money money/ We all this money/ So I stay away from frenemies/ I won’t waste my energy,” they sing.
Moelogo’s music career started at the age of 14 when he joined his school choir.
He dropped his debut extended play (EP) ‘Moe Is My Name, Music Is My Logo’ in 2013.
In 2016, he got nominated for the ‘Best African Artist’ category at Mobo Award.
