Joeboy, the Nigerian singer, has come through with a new single titled ‘Duffel Bag’ — alongside its official visuals.
The Afrobeats star took to his social media pages on Friday evening to release the new song.
The singer features Allysyn, the former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, in ‘Duffel Bag’.
In the song, Joeboy croons about a mystery lady who wants to go on a date with a rich man.
“You say you want a man wey go do you better/ Olowo to na dollar/ Ti o ki n gbomo meta Hahan/ Sexy Jola Jalo dinner later/ Omo I dey feel your style/ When you break your back for me/ Free me free me/ E no easy/ This tin plenty/ Je kin risi/ Plenty money for my piggy /Make I know when you wan see me baby/ Take am easy/ This thing plenty/ Je kin ri si/ Plenty money for my duffel bag/ Make I know when you wan see me baby,” he sings.

Born Joseph Akinwale, Joeboy gain prominence under the platform of ‘Empawa Africa’, a record label owned by Mr. Eazi, the singer who discovered him in 2017.
His genre of music is Afropop and R&B.
The singer has won several prestigious awards. In 2019, he won the ‘Best Artiste in African Pop’ prize at the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) and the ‘Best Pop’ at the Soundcity MVP Awards Festival in 2020.
