BNXN, the Nigerian singer formerly known as Buju, has come through with a new single titled ‘Omo Elewa’, featuring T.Y.E.
The ‘Traboski’ singer announced the release of the song across all streaming platforms via his social media pages.
The JAE5-produced record is an Afro-pop song performed in Yoruba and English.
In the song, the singers croon about a lady they described to be very beautiful.
They also add that they are ready to do anything for her.
The chorus of the song was also gotten from the viral ‘Omo Elewa’ video, which became a trend on Tiktok since its appearance on the internet.
The term “Omo Elewa” literally means “beautiful child.”
“The reason I dey your case/ Make I no go late/ Make I no go late/ Na wetin dey for your waist/ Make I no concentrate/ Omo elewa sho wa/ Aburo shalewa omo iya alamala/ Asisat Oshoala agba baller,” they sing.
BNXN has continued to enjoy fame since he came to the limelight. He has also established himself as a formidable hitmaker.
He was previously signed to Burna Boy’s Spaceship Records.
The singer was recently announced as the winner of the ‘Next Rated’ category at this year’s The Headies.
