Asake, the Afrobeats singer, has put out his much-anticipated album titled ‘Work of Art’.
The singer announced the release of the 14-track project, which features Olamide, via his social media pages on Friday.
Some of the tracks in the body of works include ‘Olorum’, ‘Awodi’, ‘Sunshine’, ‘Mogbe’, ‘Basquiat’, and ‘Whats UPMY G’.
Others are ‘Introduction’, ‘Lonely At The Top’, I Believe’, ‘Remember’, and ‘Great Guy’.
The ‘Organise’ crooner had earlier released three songs off the music project.
In April, he came through with ‘Yoga’ and ‘2:30’ while he dropped ‘Amapiano’ in May.
Asake, born Ahmed Ololade, gained prominence in 2020 after he came through with ‘Lady’, his hit song.
He was signed to YBNL record label in February 2022 where he released ‘Ololade’, his debut extended play (EP).
The musician is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) where he studied theartre and performing arts.
In April, Asake revealed that he sings mostly in Yoruba because music transcends language barriers.
“Yoruba is so important to me and there are a lot of people that understand it. And to me, the way I understand music is like it’s a feeling. Sometimes you don’t even need to understand it,” he had said.
