Adekunle Gold, the Nigerian singer, has finally come through with ‘Catch Me If You Can,’ his fourth album.

The musician announced the release of the 14-track project via his social media handles on Friday.

Tracks in the body of work include ‘Born Again’, ‘Win’, ‘Mase Mi’, ‘One Woman’, ‘Mercy’, ‘More Than Enough’, ‘Sinner’, ‘FYE’, ‘Sleep’, ‘High’, ‘Dior, Dior, Dior’, ‘It Is What It Is’, ‘Selah’ and ‘Catch Me If You Can’.

It also features several top singers including Davido, Fousheé, Fatoumata Diawara, Ty Dolla $ign, Lucky Daye, and Stefflon Don.

His latest project comes after the success recorded by his past three albums namely, ‘Gold’ (2016), ‘About 30’ (2018), and ‘Afropop’ (2020).

Gold gained popularity after putting out ‘Sade’, the 2015 hit single which is a highlife cover of One Direction’s ‘Story of My Life’.

The singer had earlier reflected on his rise from relative obscurity to fame and dealing with stage freight.

“I remember in 2016 the turnout of some of these cities was super low. I remember how some of my performances were lackluster,” he had said.

“I used to have so much stage fright with shaky vocals while I performed. Some nights on stage I didn’t even know how to engage the crowd if there was any technical issue. so many funny stories from that year.”
