Dotun Kayode, the OAP, has denied the claims of forced abortion and domestic abuse against him.
On Friday, TheCable Lifestyle reported that Omotayo, the wife of the Cool FM radio host, had filed for divorce months ago.
Omotayo, through her lawyer, accused her partner of forcing her to abort her third pregnancy as a married woman.
In a statement coming after TheCable Lifetsyle contacted the OAP, Dotun called his wife’s family’s claims “spurious lies”.
He further challenged D’banj, the singer, who is also an elder brother to Omotayo, in the legal tussle.
“Several lies have been told. Several attempts have been employed to pervert the course of justice,” the OAP said.
“It is shameful when legal practitioners that are supposed to be learned, rather than submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the court, choose to conduct the practice of the law like social media bloggers.
“Anyways, @iambangalee of life, I have heard and read the spurious lies you, your half-baked lawyer, and your family fabricated with the press and the police. I promise you, I am ready for you.
“Since you have chosen to take the matter to the press, the entire world will now know how wicked, deceitful, ignorant, and despicable you and your entire family are.”
Dotun and Omotayo tied the knot in 2013 in a union that birthed them two children.
