She issued the counsel while speaking with TheCable Lifestyle on the sidelines of the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).

When asked for her opinion on why celebrities put their private lives on social media, she said, “Now you are putting me on a hot seat, I would say different people with their different opinion.

“I would advise that we should always keep our private life off social media. It can make you and it can break you.”

Simeon, who was formerly married to Daniel Ademinokan, said to feature in a movie, the storyline and pay must be good.

“The storyline must be captivating, it must innovative, it must be entertaining, and then the money. It must be very encouraging,” she said, while disclosing that she’s working on her independent projects.

“I just did my own productions for movies that I shot, two Yoruba movies and two English movies. Hopefully, it will be coming out before the end of the year and the rest by next year.”
