Donald Trump, president-elect of the United States, met with Kanye West, rapper/producer, at the Trump Tower, in New York city, on Tuesday.

After emerging from a joint meeting, Trump and Kanye briefly spoke to the press.
“We are just friends, he is a good man and we have been friends for a long time,” Trump said.
Kanye West, husband of Kim Kardashian, an American reality TV show, refused to comment on whether he would perform at Trump’s inauguration.

In November, Kanye West said that he would have voted for Donald Trump in the US presidential election if he had participated in the polls.
