Imohiosen Patrick, Nigerian disc jockey professionally known as DJ Neptune, says his forthcoming music project will hit the airwaves between June 21 and 28.
DJ Neptune, who made this known via his Instagram page, said his music career is driven by a personal competition with himself because he exudes “too much greatness”.
“My only competitor is the guy in this mirror! He’s got too much #Greatness for my liking! Btwn New Music dropping June 21st & 28th! Drop me some emoji if you ready!,” he wrote.
Three months ago, the award-winning DJ had enlisted Davido, Afrobeat star, for ‘Dèmo’, his first track off ‘Greatness II: The Sounds Of Neptune’, a soon-to-be-released project.
In January, he had also teamed up with the talented Abaga brothers, M.I and Jesse Jagz in the visuals for ‘Blood & Fire’.
The skillful DJ also hinted fans that a sequel titled ‘Greatness II: The Sounds Of Neptune’ is underway. He said this while celebrating the success of ‘Greatness’, his debut album.
“Making this album was fun and same time stressful but the end result was worth it. The #Greatness album is currently doing over 11million streams across digital platforms,” he wrote.
