Three more male victims have filed lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, accusing the music mogul of drugging and raping them between 2019 and 2022.

The complaints were filed separately by US attorney Thomas Giuffra at the New York supreme court on Thursday.

Two of the plaintiffs alleged that they attended Diddy’s parties where he “personally offered” them alcoholic drinks which made them unconscious before they were being raped.

Giuffra told BBC that more than 60 people contacted his office with claims against Combs.

He said his office investigated each claim and decided to pursue the three cases.

According to the first complainant, Combs allegedly assaulted him after they met at the Marquee nightclub in New York in 2019.

The plaintiff said he joined Diddy and 10 other people for a private afterparty when the music executive gave him a cocktail that made him unconscious.

He alleged that Combs noticed he was disoriented and said, “He is ready to party”.

He claimed during his brief moment of consciousness, he noticed two people recording him as Diddy was raping him, adding that he was later offered about $2,500 from the hip-hop mogul.

The second plaintiff said he attended a party at Diddy’s East Hampton home in the summer of 2020.

He said after drinking the alcoholic substance provided to him by Diddy, he became unconscious.

He also alleged that while “fading in and out of consciousness”, Diddy and members of Bad Boys Entertainment “took turns raping him”.

The third victim claimed he was Diddy’s employee and started working with him in 2006.

He alleged that in February 2020, he met the rapper at a hotel to discuss unpaid wages and during that meeting, Diddy gave him a drink that was drugged.

He claimed that when he woke up, he saw Combs sexually assaulting him.

He added that Diddy allegedly told him he would look like an idiot if he went to the police because they would not believe his story.

However, the legal representatives of Diddy have dismissed the lawsuits calling them “full of lies”.

“We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him,” they told BBC.

The US magistrate judge Robyn Tarnofsky ordered that the entertainer be jailed while awaiting trial.

Tarnofsky’s order followed after the Bad Boy Records founder pleaded not guilty to the 14-page federal indictment against him.

The 55-year-old was also accused of sexually abusing 120 women and men, including a 9-year-old boy.

The rapper faces life in prison if convicted on the racketeering charge. He faces another statutory minimum of 15 years for the sex trafficking charge.

His sex trafficking trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.

Shawn Carter, the billionaire rapper better known as Jay Z, was recently accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in a suit against Diddy.
