According to a statement by Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing the plaintiff, the alleged incident occurred in November 2022.

The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims that he was approached by one of Diddy’s associates while playing guitar on the streets of Los Angeles.

Doe alleges that he was given a drink laced with drugs at a party hosted by Diddy, and was subsequently raped by the rapper.

This is the latest in a series of allegations against Diddy.

A man recently alleged that Diddy drugged and raped him as a minor. The allegation comes on the back of recent accusations by male victims who claimed the rapper drugged and raped them between 2019 and 2022.

He was also accused of sexually abusing 120 women and men, including a 9-year-old boy.

Diddy was arrested on September 16 over sex trafficking and racketeering charges and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. His trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.

The rapper faces life in prison if convicted on the racketeering charge. He faces another statutory minimum of 15 years for the sex trafficking charge.
