The popular actor-turned-politician for the second time extended an olive branch to the Nigerian youth over some controversial comments he made in 2020.

The lawmaker had declared that he “is a product of political godfatherism” — a remark that was utterly frowned upon by the youth.

Following the #EndSARS protest, a video of him referring to activists as “children” at the Lagos state assembly surfaced online and provoked widespread criticism among the youth.

But in a recent interview, the politician tendered an apology to the youth, adding that “the hatred is too much”.

Elliot further clarified that he didn’t refer to the collective youth as “children”.

He said he was referring to teenagers who insulted the speaker in the house of Assembly.

In October 2020, Elliot apologised to the Nigerians whose toes he stepped on with his comments.

Erica Herman, the ex-lover of Tiger Woods, sued him over a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) she claimed she was “forced to sign.”

She argued that she is now entitled to 30 million dollars in compensation following their split.

Last week, court documents showed Woods was accused of unlawfully locking Herman out of their shared Florida home.

Herman also alleged they had an “oral agreement” that meant she could live at the mansion for eleven years, of which she had five years remaining when they ended their romance.

The tennis legend, however, denied the allegations.
