Davido has replied to a Twitter user who wished for his death amid Burna Boy’s botched ‘Love, Damini’ concert in the Netherlands.
Burna Boy was billed to perform at the 41,000-capacity Gelredome Arnhem Stadium on Saturday evening.
But the ‘African Giant’ hitmaker cancelled the concert — after keeping thousands of his fans waiting for hours.
The development triggered a wave of backlash against Burna Boy.
In an attempt to defend Burna Boy, the fan shared a clip of the large crowd at the concert venue on Twitter.
The user also boasted about Burna Boy’s fanbase, arguing that not even Davido’s burial could pull such a crowd.
“Even Davido burial that would be free can’t pack this crowd know ur mate,” he wrote.
Reacting to the tweet, Davido queried the Twitter user for “wishing death on me”.
“So u (you) want me to die? Reason being?? What have I personally done to you to have you wish death on me…. Anyways I’m not goin anywhere! I will live life to the fullest!! #StreamTimeless,” he replied.
