Davido, the Afrobeats star, has replied to Phyna, the winner of the 2022 Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality show, after she inquired why he liked an “offensive” tweet about her.
The singer appeared to have liked a post on X wherein a user claimed Phyna’s fans were “useless”.
In her reaction, the reality TV star questioned what she might have done wrong to warrant Davido’s action.

Phyna lamented that “the hate is real” while also congratulating the singer on the birth of his twins.
“Wetin I do @davido? Na wah oh, The hate is real….., Congratulations on your twins sha,” she wrote.
In response, the music star thanked Phyna and said, “I actually do not know who you are”.
Davido also apologised while clarifying that it was an “honest mistake”.
“Thank you love ❤ ️ but I actually do not know who you are .. and it was an honest mistake .. no vex,” he wrote.
Davido has now unliked the post.
The development has also attracted heated conversations on social media platforms.
With strings of awards and honourary mentions, the singer has established himself as one of the leading names in the Nigerian music industry.
Davido recently welcomed his twins with Chioma, his wife — nearly a year after the loss of Ifeanyi, their three-year-old son.
Phyna, on the other hand, is one of the most talked-about former Big Brother housemates.
She is the second female to win the show after Mercy Eke, who won in 2019.
