Davido, Nigerian singer, and Chioma Avril Rowland, his estranged fiancee, have taken to social media to celebrate Ifeanyi, their son, on his second birthday.
The musician had proposed to the celebrity chef in September 2019 after the couple had staged a low-key introduction ceremony.
He thereafter announced plans to tie the knot with her but would later postpone the wedding.
In October 2019, the couple had Ifeanyi, their first son together who doubles as Davido’s third child.
But their once glowing union appeared to have hit the rocks in the past few months after the ‘OBO’ crooner was rumoured to be having an affair with Mya Yafai, American model.
TheCable Lifestyle had earlier reported how Chioma pulled down photos of Davido from her Instagram page.
But on Wednesday, the pair put their seeming differences aside as they took to their individual Instagram pages to pen touching notes to their son.
“Happy 2nd Birthday to my loving Son David Ifeanyichukwu Adedeji Adeleke !!! You will grow to be greater than me Amen ! You will grow to make all of us proud!!! Stubborn!! Daddy loves you so much. Osun boy,” Davido wrote.
On her part, Chioma wrote: Happy birthday to the perfect little man! I love you so much, watching you grow soothes my soul! To my loving, funny, attentive, caring son, I pray that God watches over you forever and grants you long life, you’re gonna be so great I know!
