The battle for the Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija) season seven N100 million grand prize is getting intense with housemates trying to outwit each other.
As expected, the show’s third week was not without controversies.
Here’s a recap of major events that happened last week at the BBNaija ‘Level Up’ house.
Level 1’s HoH magic
At the beginning of this year’s show, Biggie, in a surprise twist, divided the housemates into two different houses namely Level 1 and Level 2.
The Level 1 housemates have continued to dominate the race for the much-coveted head of house (HoH) position since the show started.
The show’s third week again saw the emergence of Adekunle as the HoH. Hermes had won the HoH title for week two, while Eloswag secured the position in week one.
Will Level 2 housemates break the jinx in the fourth week?
Daniella, Khalid’s intimacy
A major talking point for the show’s week three was the romantic affair between Daniella Peters and Khalid.
The pair left tongues wagging after they were seen having sexual intercourse in a now-viral video.
In the video, the duo covered themselves with a duvet while they were both heard moaning at intervals.
Several individuals — including the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) — condemned their action, arguing that it was “immoral”.
But Pere, ex-housemate of the show, defended the pair against critics.
Ilebaye, Khalid’s eviction
Ilebaye and Khalid’s run on the show came to an end on Sunday. They were sent packing from the house during the live eviction show after securing the least votes for the third week.

Kess wife’s pregnancy loss
The 29-year-old reality star — born Kesiena Tony Adjekpovu — lost his unborn child after his wife suffered a miscarriage.
The entrepreneur’s team, in a statement, said the miscarriage “happened a few weeks ago”. It added that the “family collectively decided now is the right time to announce the news”.
Groovy the ladies man
Groovy’s seemingly charming personality has endeared him to many female housemates on the show.
Since the eviction of Beauty, his first love interest in the house, the 23-year-old artist has been romantically linked with other female housemates including Chiomzy, Amaka, Phyna, and Ilebaye.
